Group Class Options
CT Barre
CT Barre workout technique is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility. In some classes, you'll use just the barre and your body weight to churn out rep after rep of muscle-burning move, while others incorporate tools like resistance bands, sliders, ankle weights, free weights, exercise balls, and more. Sections of class are also paired with stretching to increase overall flexibility. All levels welcome.
CT Sculpt Fusion
CT Sculpt Fusion is the perfect sweaty workout. This 50 minute low-impact, combo class for all levels will give you the perfect mix of Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Sculpt, building both muscular endurance and strength. Our motivating playlists will push you to get lower and dig deeper in small movements that bring on the “shake” + large movements that increase your power. And did I mention the deep core muscles we will be getting into. You’ll walk out of class feeling stronger, more toned and accomplished. All Levels welcome.
CT Strong
Create a stronger, leaner and more balanced musculature with this Complete body workout. Strength work may include a variety of equipment such as Y bells and resistance bands where each strength block may also include bursts of cardio to enhance the Complete workout. This class is intermediate but progression and regression will be properly instructed to all fitness levels.
CT Strong Circuit
This circuit training class uses the TRX®, BOSU®, and dedicated Cardio & Strength stations to combine strength, balance, and cardio for one kick-butt Complete workout. Get ready to cycle through stations, all done to timed intervals to keep you on your toes! This class is intermediate but progression and regression will be properly instructed to all fitness levels.
CT Mat Pilates
CT Mat Pilates class is a great place to hone the fundamental techniques of Pilates and emphasize core strength by engaging the deepest abdominal muscles. During our Mat class, your instructor will safely guide you through an exercise sequence designed to build strength, stability and flexibility. Some classes may involve other props such as small balls, foam rollers and Magic Circles. Through thoughtful breathing and precise movement, pilates will change the way you think about exercise. All levels welcome.
CT TRX Strong
TRX Strong class uses the TRX®, and dedicated Cardio & Strength equiptment to combine strength, balance, and cardio for one kick-butt Complete workout. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. This class provides progressions and regressions that will be properly instructed to all fitness levels.
CT Yoga, Core & More
This class is perfect for both those new to yoga and those who have been practicing for some time. We focus on pairing the breath with movement as we improve range of motion, balance, strength, and flexibility while relaxing the mind in this fusion-based class. Combine Pilates, yoga, and athletic stretching techniques in this unique workout designed to improve overall fitness & increase mobility to give you the ability to reach, bend, twist, turn, stretch and move. All levels welcome.
