CT STRONG

CT CORE STRONG
CT CORE STRONG is a 50-minute, full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and stability by using multiple forms of resistance to challenge your muscles. This low-impact class blends small, precise movements that bring on the “shake” with larger, more powerful exercises to improve overall strength and control. Our expert instructors will guide and motivate you every step of the way, helping you push beyond your limits while focusing on activating deep core muscles. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more toned, and accomplished. All levels welcome.
CT TRX STRONG
CT TRX STRONG is a high-energy workout that combines TRX® suspension training with dedicated strength and cardio equipment to deliver a full-body, results-driven experience. Using the TRX Suspension Trainer, this class leverages your body weight and gravity to build strength, enhance balance, improve flexibility, and fire up your core—all in one dynamic session. With expert instruction, each workout is tailored with progressions and regressions, ensuring it’s challenging yet accessible for all fitness levels. CT FLEX STRONG
CT FLEX STRONG is designed to help you build a strong and resilient foundation through the perfect blend of mobility, flexibility, and strength training. This class focuses on key principles of fitness that not only enhance your performance in the studio but also support a pain-free, active lifestyle outside of it. By improving movement patterns, increasing flexibility, and strengthening muscles, you’ll develop the tools needed to stay fit, prevent injuries, and realize your true potential. CT BARRE STRONG
CT BARRE STRONG workout technique is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility. In some classes, you'll use just the barre and your body weight to churn out rep after rep of muscle-burning move, while others incorporate tools like resistance bands, sliders, ankle weights, free weights, exercise balls, and more. Sections of class are also paired with stretching to increase overall flexibility. All levels welcome.
CT MAT PILATES STRONG
CT MAT PILATES STRONG class is a great place to hone the fundamental techniques of Pilates and emphasize core strength by engaging the deepest abdominal muscles. During our Mat class, your instructor will safely guide you through an exercise sequence designed to build strength, stability and flexibility. Some classes may involve other props such as small balls, foam rollers and Magic Circles. Through thoughtful breathing and precise movement, pilates will change the way you think about exercise. All levels welcome.
